How to Make Chipotle Mayo for Burgers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1-2 tbsp lime juice to taste
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- pinch cumin
- pinch paprika
- Add all of your ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. The chipotles need to be completely emulsified to give off their spicy flavor and to make the sauce completely smooth.
